Sonia Martin is a leading female fashion designer with over two decades of experience influencing and shaping iconic American brands. Sonia has led design teams at numerous fashion brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Juicy Couture, Banana Republic and Everlane. During her time at Everlane Sonia advanced the brand's commitment to more sustainable fashion, social justice and established the company's fashion methodology; responsible design and conscious growth. Specifically, Sonia spearheaded a range of diverse and impactful brand initiatives including the No New Virgin Plastic by 2021; All Cotton to be GOTS Certified Organic by 2023; and 100% Human for ACLU commitments.

In 2021, driven by a desire to affect positive change within the industry, Sonia founded BREW Creative. BREW is a fashion consultancy dedicated to helping businesses do better through a practice of commitment led, responsible design. BREW has cultivated a global client base working with industry leaders committed to doing better. Clients include Everlane in America, a responsible and ethical fashion brand, Good Earth Cotton in Australia, a regenerative farming program creating climate positive, traceable cotton and The Deck London in the UK, the first female owned bespoke tailor on Savile Row servicing and empowering women through tailoring, also the first to achieve B Corp status.
