Jorge, Futures Lab's Creative Director is an Architect who has worked internationally at some of the world’s leading practices, from Zaha Hadid to Heatherwick Studios, Ralph Appelbaum, Jump Studios, and BDG. At Heatherwick Studios, Jorge was one of the lead designers on the ‘Little Island NYC’ project team, internationally recognised as one of the world’s best new public spaces, and in 2020 launched BDG New York, delivering award-winning projects for WPP in Detroit and Toronto.

Jorge is a visiting lecturer at the University of Illinois School of Architecture, Gradiate School of Design and formerly at Pratt Institute and the Architectural Association, School of Architecture’s Design Research Lab and Intermediate School in London.
