Rosanna Vitiello
Rosanna Vitiello is the Founder and Bureau Chief at The Place Bureau, a research, strategy and design studio that re-imagines new frontiers for places around the world. Her work is valued by governments, cultural organisations, communities and brands around the world, guiding them to collaboratively imagine and enact shared visions of the future. This brings a global perspective on emergent local challenges: from advising The Crown Estate on coastal futures in the UK, to working with food brands in Catalunya, Spain, or regenerative communities in Rajasthan, India.
Rosanna and her team champion futures literacy, believing we all have the capacity to view our futures with deeper insight and greater imagination for more positive impact. Knowledge sharing is central to The Place Bureau’s work, and the team run future-visioning workshops at global conferences including SXSW, the Media Architecture Biennale, and Design Research Society. They are currently developing work on Natural Futures and a Place Futures toolkit to launch later this year.
